  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, collagen, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, salt, pecans, and flaxseed (if using).
