I’ve suffered with feet and hip pain for years. Since I’ve started taking Alaya I can actually go for a long walk with less pain. I’ve been taking it for about 8 months.

Alaya is the best supplement I have tried and I've tried plenty. My hair has stopped coming out and is thicker than it has been in years and I am 70 years old. I love this product. It is the only one I faithfully renew every month. It is reasonably priced and I feel like it is worth every penny.

I have been on the Advanced Synbiotic for approximately 12months now, and I absolutely see a difference when I do not take it. It has helped with my gut health when I didnt really even know there was a problem, or that I could feel cleaner my digestive health. I will not go a day without taking it and highly reccomend it.

I have been taking this Synbiotic for over a year and it’s the only thing that lessened my GERD symptoms. My acid reflux and heartburn have been reduced by 90% or more.

Two months in and believe I am feeling some results. Seemingly less "bloating" and regulated gut are what I was hoping for, and are generally the experience. Will continue another couple of months to see if consistent or any additional changes.
