A high-protein twist on cheesecake made with cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and Alaya Multi Collagen for creamy texture plus added support for skin, joints, and overall strength.

Crust:
1 ½ cups almond flour
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Filling:
2 cups cottage cheese (blended smooth)
½ cup Greek yogurt
¾ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop Alaya Multi Collagen Plus (Vanilla or Unflavored)
Optional Topping: cinnamon dust or dark chocolate drizzle
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake 10 min.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Add remaining filling ingredients and blend again.
Pour over the crust and bake 35–40 min, until set.
Cool, chill at least 2 hours, then slice and top as desired.

24 pretzel sticks (broken in half, for “legs”)

In a bowl, mix oats, nut butter, honey, vanilla, mini chocolate chips, and collagen until sticky.
Roll mixture into 12 balls and chill for 10 minutes.
Dip lightly in melted dark chocolate.
Add 4 pretzel halves to each side for legs and press on candy eyes.
Chill until chocolate sets.
